Since 2003, Shadi has been the executive director of the Commonwealth Learning Center, a not-for-profit education center which offers assessment and tutoring services to children and adults. In that role, she has worked closely with Stoneridge since 2006, tutoring several of our students and running workshops on reading for the teachers. In her part-time role as Stoneridge's Learning Coordinator, Shadi oversees assessment of students, works with teachers and families to decide when students need additional support, develops strategies to provide student support, and supervises the tutoring program.
